This fall I had the pleasure of visiting Southern Maine. The land of antiques.
I had so much fun perusing through all of the incredible antiques and vintage pieces... especially the ceramics. As someone who shapes clay into modern forms, I find endless inspiration in the ceramics of the past.
The textures, glazes, and imperfections of antique pieces carry the kind of quiet wisdom that only time can create. These are the vessels that remind me.. craftsmanship isn’t about chasing perfection, it’s about capturing a moment in your hands.
