Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping small with Goods Ceramics! Each piece is crafted with care, and I’m committed to getting your order to you safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and packed within 5-7 business days.

Shipping Details

I use Munbyn to print your shipping labels and personally drop off each package at my local shipping store. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

Domestic Shipping: Available across the U.S. via USPS, UPS, or FedEx (depending on the safest and most cost-effective option).

International Shipping (Including Canada) : Currently not offered.

Packaging

Ceramics are fragile, so I take great care in wrapping each item using eco-friendly materials whenever possible. If there is plastic packaging- it likely came from an Amazon order I am reusing. I want your piece to arrive in perfect condition, just as I made it.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking says "delivered" but you can't find your package, please reach out to your local carrier first. If issues persist, contact me at goodsceramics@gmail.com and I’ll do what I can to help.

Damages or Lost Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 48 hours with clear photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label. I’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
